Our town planning expertise is provided through Boyer Planning working from five regional offices extending across the southern half of the UK, from Cardiff in the West to Colchester in the East. We have, over the years, developed a market reputation for reliable planning advice.

Our planning expertise is utilised primarily by developers and landowners. It incorporates initial site evaluation, strategic advice on planning potential, the preparation of planning applications, the coordination of multidisciplinary consultant teams and the project management of schemes through the planning application and appeal process.

Our objective is to help clients negotiate the planning system successfully in the development process, thereby avoiding unnecessary delays, costs and frustration.

We have a proven track record in securing planning consents for major development schemes of varying types and complexity. We have also achieved the successful promotion of a range of sites through the Local Plan/LDF process on both previously developed and green field sites.
